CAREER OBJECTIVE:-

To pursue a challenging career in the field of Production and maintenance, so I can utilize my knowledge and skill of Instrumentation effectively and efficiently in a practical manner in my professional approach.

Poses about 14 years of professional experience in erection, commissioning & maintenance of instruments and controlling engineering system in Power Plant, table ware,paper plant.

Carries out regular instruments installation/Maintenance, tests operations, stripping, cleaning and re-Calibration, lubricating and greasing parts as required.

Checks Process instruments and Calibration prior to installation. Conducts loop checking of instruments cables from field to Control room. Termination work of cables inside the Control room cross to board panels and field junction boxes.

Working in YASH PAPER LTD Faizabad Uttar Pradesh as an Instrumentation engineer from Apr.2017 to till date.

COMPANY PROFILE:- It is paper mill of 70,25 and 25 TPD Craft & Poster paper, 50 TPH& 25 TPH boiler,6MW & 2.5MW TRIVENI turbine, Recovery 140 TDS, Table Ware and pulp mill. It has automation of paper machine, recovery, boiler, turbine, pulp mill, table ware.

Responsibility:-Maintenance of all plants field instruments based on microprocessors, pneumatics, hydraulic systems etc.

As an Engineer, Power Plant, tableware plant, Paper, Pulp, Recovery, Evaporator Working with Continuous process Industries and Project work experience in Chemicals, Paper & Pulp, Shutdown Activities like PM jobs Calibration, Loop checking, Control Valves Overhauling & Calibration or Stroke check etc. Calibration of all types of field Instruments such as Transmitter, I/P or P/I Converter, Thermocouple, RTD, Switches and Control valves, Instrument Disconnect & connect Back installation, Vibration gap setting.

COMPANY PROFILE:- It is paper mill of 100 TPD writing paper,12 TPH Boiler and 1MW turbine .It has automation of paper machine,boiler and turbine.

WORK:- Manage a team of 6 man power including (3 shift Engineer and 3 shift technician) Maintenance of all plants fields instruments based on microprocessors, pneumatics, hydraulic etc.
