Involved with Manufacture engineering for assembly validation, commissioning & Installation during line proving.

Detecting different abnormal conditions of engine during assembly such as control box, harness and ECM issues.

Performing SAP transactions such as CO11n, MMBE, CO03, CS13 etc.

Taking daily audits of safety & standard work

Quality Assurance

Identifying areas of quality failures & its elimination.

Participation on system &process changes discussion for quality improvement brainstorming.

Drive BIQ (Built in Quality) for stop to fix the defects approach.

Exposure of 7QC tools.
