01/1982 to 01/2016 Denver, Colorado Enforcement Investigation Analysis Specialist USDA FSIS IO I Worked for USDA for 34 years as a Food Inspector, Compliance Officer, Consumer Safety Officer and Enforcement Investigation and Analysis Officer. My job was to ensure the food industry puts out a quality product that is safe to eat. This work involved inspecting meat and food products, checking on sanitation and sanitation plans, conducting analysis of HACCP plans, checking to make sure the plants do their HACCP checks and do my own to see how they compare. Investigating infractions of HACCP plans, and writing reports of my findings. I have worked with all aspects of the food industry, from farm to table in other words.
