1) Presently working with OM Trans Logistics Ltd(OM GROUP) as HR cum Admin Manager (From Dec,2017 to till date)

3) Worked with Vaidhraj Marketing Division as Sr. HR Executive (From Oct,2013 – May,2014).

4) Worked with Super Pioneer Personnel Network (P) Ltd as HR-Executive ( From Mar,2013 to July,2013)

Job Responsibilities:-

Recruitment and Selection:-

Planning and executing the recruitment strategy to meet the staffing requirements of the organization.

Facilitating the entire recruitment cycle like Screening, short listing of resumes through various job portals. Posting Ads on Job portal.(Naukri, reference,Careesma,Indeed.OLX,) and participating in the selection process.

Taking face to face interviews and negotiating with candidate for job offer.

Completing pre and post recruitment formalities.

Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions

Handling the recruitment of corporate office and its branches.

Background check and ex-employment Checks of selected candidates and done the joining formalities.

Training and Development:-

Setting-up and conducting training need analysis;

Preparing the training plan and training calendar for specific period;

Time to Time Training Feedback from the employees as well as Management

HR Policies and Systems :-

Reviewing HR Policies and practices to ensure they are in compliance with the legal and regulatory framework and in alignment with practices.

Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.

Implementing HR Policies across the organization’s programmes and locations.

Payroll management:-

Making salary of all employees including all branches in oracle software and process to accounts dept.

Calculating of leave encashment bonus of all employees.

Calculating salaries, rate changes, retroactive adjustments, overtime, bonus, vacation, termination using Software.

Calculating Full and final of resigned employees and calculating gratuity.

Statutory Compliance:-

Working PF ECR /ESIC statement And filing of monthly challans/returns..

Maintenance of eligibility and Wages registers.

Handling all the PF or ESIC matters.

Visit PF or ESIC office for settle related matters.

Submit the Pf withdrawal and correction form to PF office.

Handling employees’ grievances related to their PF withdrawal /Partial withdrawal and ESIC medical benefits.

Performance Management:-

Carrying out the periodic performance appraisals by making the employee fill up the PA form.

Drive the process of Performance reviews from time to time.

Providing the management with the required details such as absenteeism and other records of the employee.

Giving the employee the Confirmation and Increment letter and a duplicate copy for Office record.

Employee Engagement:-

Celebrating important Festivals and planning for Traditional Days and Diwali and New Year parties in the Organization.

Manage the Grievance Handling process within the organization and engage with employees.

Involve employees in fun activities from time to time (birthdays/ celebrations/ festivals, etc.).

Exit Formalities:-

Ensure that proper process of exit is followed by the employee during the exit (from resignation to approval of resignation to final relieving.

Carry out the exit interview of employees leaving the organization

To carry out the Full and Final Settlement in consultation with the Finance Dept.

To ensure proper documentation of the exit process.

General Administration:-

Handling the manpower of Housekeeping, Pantry and security guards.

Meeting with vendors and coordinate with them time to time.

Scrutiny of all AMC and contract of vendors.

Keeping track of cycle of all maintenance contracts and AMCs.

Meeting with vendors and coordinate with them time to time.

ISO Certification Management:-

Handling ISO certification audit process

Representing as a management representative in ISO audit.

Attend ISO audit meeting.

Making all related documents of ISO audit.

Conducting ISO training programme and give training to employees related to ISO

Making training calendar of ISO and give training as per the schedule.
