Process Bi-weekly payroll for approximately 5000+ US multi-sat employees using Business Pro

Process W-4 forms and direct deposit authorization.

Set-up and process garnishments, monitor employee going on LOA, and Returns for retro pay

Process terminations and verify hours worked from the Etime and PTO on line tools

Process Commission and Bonus payments; verify information with interface via People Soft HR.

Process stop payments, over payment issues, and ACH reversals

Process New Hire, Retroactive and manual checks, and overpayment process

Interface with HR, GL team and management regarding payroll questions and employee issues.

Process Visa Tax adjustment for H-1, J-1 and L-1 visas

Sr. Payroll Accountant

Utilizing the ADP payroll Pay Expert software process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees throughout US and Canada.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of all payroll cycles for US.

Process for New Hire, termination, garnishments and employee change requests into the ADP payroll system.

Review and control employee garnishments, levies and wages assignments.

Provide high quality customer service to all employees in the area of pay, PTO, benefits and taxes relate to their pay.

Reconcile employees payroll accrual PTO balances.
