November 2010 through January 2011 - Prepared for deployment to Afghanistan.
February 2011 to August 2011 - Deployed to Afghanistan and assigned to a Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) at a Forward Operating Base (FOB) in Salerno. Conducted daily sick call M-F. Evaluated/treated approximately 1,200 patients including military soldiers and civilian contractors for urgent and chronic medical care. Trauma care was administered to American soldiers, local Afghan soldiers and Afghan civilians.
August 2011 to September 2011 - Post deployment and terminal leave.
