SAFE Scrum Master July 2018 – August 2020

Responsible for working with multiple and/or larger scale team for Agile based processes. Works with greater independence and lead the effort to drive solutions to complete issues with multiple teams. Works closely with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, team members and management in accordance with the SAFE Agile framework.

Duties;

Foster the team autonomy by facilitating Scrum ceremonies for three teams, such as daily stand ups, sprint grooming, sprint planning, and sprint retrospective meetings in as Scrum Agile environment utilizing two-week sprints.

Establish new development team consisting of on-shore and off-shore resources and boosted delivery velocity from 29 points in sprint 1 to 85 points in sprint 7 by championing Scrum Agile methodologies, training the breaking down of user stories into smaller iterations, and encouraging team transparency and engagement.

Work closely with the Product Owner/Product Manager in backlog management, release planning, and continuous delivery of epics/features.
