Outside Interest

Executive Director and co - founder of Hope Waddell Society of Music This society is involved in developing musical talent in my home country. Consisting of a choir, an orchestra and a school of music, the society trained over 2000 students in musical skills such as singing, playing instruments including the violin, the piano, the viola and other percussion instruments. The society organizes outdoor events and concerts to display student skills and to promote music. I still maintain links to the society and work in an advisory capacity with them. Duties/Achievements

• Directing the day-to-day affairs of the Musical Society and coordinating with other musical bodies to ensure standards.

• Responsible for identifying, training and mentoring upcoming musicians.

• Voice trainer.

• Setting up a chamber orchestra.
