Responsibilities - technical:

• Attend and lead pre-flight meetings to review details of the flight, safety and security procedures and any other potential issues and solutions.

• Responsible for health, safety and well-being of passengers. Manage problems and deliver service recovery.

• Check onboard emergency equipment & first aid kits to ensure full functionality. Conducting pre-flight checks on all safety equipment including medical devices and conducting a thorough security search of the aircraft.

• Keep clear and regular communication with flight deck crew for updates and to look after their well-being.

• Providing detailed reports for senior management and internal departments and communicating relevant information with respect to quality, customer experience, service recovery, product development, safety, medical and catering.

• Attend to First, Business and Economy Class customers as well as high profile guests on board.
