Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Selection:

Perform sourcing to fill open positions from various sources like job portals, social media, headhunting & Referrals.

Understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting a job description.

OD / day / Leave letter file maintenance and ensure the same is validated in Wallet on a daily basis.

Ensure the prompt and accurate processing of leavers and generate documentation, data management, file management.

4. Payroll Management:

Handling payroll part, updating and keeping track of payable days, variable pays etc.

Maintain data on monthly basis, prepare bank transaction sheets. 5. HR Compliance:

Handling compliance escalation issues promptly and addressed.

Submission of Annual / Half-yearly / Quarterly returns and monthly returns.

Maintain all statutory returns preparation and submission forms hard copy and soft copy.

Making necessary statutory deductions which include PF, Professional tax, EDLI, Gratuity, Labour Welfare Fund, etc.

UAN / PF number generate on the PF portal at the time of newly joining.

Declarations and nomination forms collection of all employees for PF and Gratuity.

PF contribution Challan generation on /before 15th of every month.

PF addition and deletion of new/old employees.

Employee’s pay slips generation and distribution of every month. 6. Employee Engagement:

Continuous interaction with employees to understand and resolve their grievances and keep them motivated.

Generating and distribution of confirmation letter, Increment letter.

To keep employees motivated, organize Employee Engagement activities on a monthly & Festive basis, Birthday celebration etc.

7. Performance Management:

Successfully implementing the Performance Management System. Drive the whole documents of the Performance Management System.
