EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

I am a student-focused baseball coach who possesses the skills necessary to not only teach students how to play baseball, but instill intrinsic motivation in them as well. After a short but successful career in baseball due to an elbow injury, I became a police officer, where I developed discipline, the ability to multi-task and complete complex tasks, and train others. Since retiring from the police force, I have coached several sports teams, many of which won championships, and shadowed USC’s baseball coach Dan Hubbs and UCLA’s Head Coach John Savage to develop the skills necessary to successfully coach a college baseball team.
