The aircraft maintenance industry is one of the most meticulous and demanding industries with an absolute requirement for zero safety errors in all aspects of the aircraft readiness. Mr. Wallace received his Airframe and Power Plant License in 2009 and within 2 years was promoted to the Director of Maintenance. Over the entire tenure of his career, he maintained a 100% flight on time record and zero safety recordables.
Mr. Wallace was responsible for all aspects of the care, maintenance, and flight readiness of various Dassault Falcon Aircraft. Those responsibilities included pre- and post-flight inspections, fault diagnostics and maintenance of all aircraft systems. This includes computer, engine, auxiliary power unit, navigation, hydraulics, oil and oxygen service, brakes and tires, and spare parts inventory. Often external contract specialty technicians were required to perform specific specialty maintenance. Mr. Wallace organized, planned, and supervised those activities with an outstanding record with 100% safety compliance.

Mr. Wallace, under the direction of the presiding Director of Maintenance performed duties in critical mechanical, electrical and coatings maintenance, upgrading projects such as a Gulfstream G-4 and 1999 Jet Star II.

Mr. Wallace acquired basic general maintenance training, performing fuel tank repair on commercial aircraft. He transitioned to the coatings department and completed partial and complete coatings overhaul on various aircraft models.

Mr. Wallace worked as an aircraft coating specialist on Boeing 737, and 757 aircraft, Gulfstream G-4, and F- 16 aircraft.
