My name is Susan Loui and I am applying for the Digital Marketing Internship. I am eager and open to learning new ideas and skills. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism with an emphasis in public relations from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. I have lived in Honolulu all my life and I have an understanding about the challenges local entrepreneurs face.

With over 10 years of customer service experience, five of which have been working for online companies. I gained experience and knowledge about digital marketing such as SEO, PPC, keyword research and creating lead generation funnels. I ran facebook and Google ads and email campaigns. I honed my writing skills when I was a staff writer for the Ka Leo O Hawaii the UHM student newspaper and as a freelance writer for publications such as the Pacific Business News, Hawaii Magazine and Midweek. I developed my verbal skills when I conducted detailed interviews with subjects for articles. I currently give verbal presentations to youth when I teach classes on topics of interests. I currently create social media video content for the JBPHH Teen Centers for their events and activities on Facebook and Instagram. I've proactively taught myself how to uses Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator to design posters and flyers to promote youth clubs and activities. During my time as a customer service representative I analyzed customer complaints and problem solved their issues.

I am passionate about learning and growing my knowledge and skills in digital marketing and I know I can contribute to your company and help your clients grow their businesses.
