1. Recruitment

Sourcing Candidate from job portals, references, etc.

Coordinate with sourcing agencies.

Administrate technical & aptitude test with the help of other HR team member and shortlist potential candidates for further rounds of selection process.

4. Performance Appraisal and Confirmation

Responsible for all Performance Management activities.

Rolling out mails for appraisal and confirmation of associates and follow up for recommendations.

Coordinate with Reporting Managers/ HODs and ensure timely completion of performance appraisal.

Consolidate performance appraisal data for finalizing increments.

Generate increment/promotion letters & monitoring its delivery.

Coordinate promotion/ transfers and issue of promotion/ transfer letters. 5. Payroll Management

Compiling salary inputs of new joiners, increments, incentives & promotion and intimating the same to the Accounts.

Handling Compensation Management through attendance, leaves, salary formalities,

Resolving payroll related queries and issues.

Calculations of Full & Final settlement of separated employees and forward the same to Accounts for payment.

Attendance and Pay Roll processing by collecting necessary details from the Bio Matrix Attendance System and comparing with manual attendance register as well for the payroll processing.
