Studio Science is a 20-year-old Design and Innovation Agency which I was brought in to increase their presence in the Enterprise market. Well known in both the VC and IT SaaS space as a leader in insights, strategy and product design, I was tasked with positioning Studio Science as a leader in design thinking, helping traditional Enterprise organizations move at the speed of high-tech SaaS organizations. With the help of Studio Science’s CEO, I was asked to lead our formal Partnership application efforts with Salesforce. We were able to become provisional partners, focusing on the Salesforce Community and Commerce cloud solutions, winning a large integration project for a National client, which is still in production.

Director of Business Development, Midwest (08/2018 to 2/2019) First Business Development rep hired in the US. Initiated our sales efforts as both a Software Engineering and a ServiceNow integration and support company. Drove revenue growth, exceeding expectations, by leveraging my professional network and building relationships with the ServiceNow partner community and ServiceNow Sales teams, increasing account volume, profit, and penetration. Promoted to lead a 13-person customer success and training team. Designed Use Cases, workflows to help drive successful adoption and issue resolution, maximizing value. Identified and delivered on client objectives, becoming their trusted advisor. Collaborated with business development, inside sales, engineering, and project management teams to improve customer experience. Conducted QBRs and product version release communications.
