I am a motivated and responsible business practitioner with hands-on experience in the field of tourism and hospitality. In my 5 year experience of work, I have had a customer- focused approach to work and a strong desire to see things through to completion. I have great aspirations and a big heart for the service industry. Food and Beverages Coordinator
The team-lead for 18 workers within the food and beverage department. These workers include waiters, waitresses, bar men and cashiers.
The liaison between the food production unit, the food service unit and the consumer, guest.
Coordinate meal service and service area arrangements for special events such as wedding receptions and dinner parties.
Responsible for supervising conference arrangements and setups.
Report directly to the General Manager on daily, weekly and monthly basis about service experiences, daily operations, pressing issues and stock levels.
Uniting team members to deliver exceptional meal experiences.
In charge of the operation of four bars where beverage service of different varieties are offered.
Supervise and monitor waiters, waitresses, barmen and cashiers on their daily operation, grooming and work schedules.
Assign roles and responsibilities to all food and beverage staff on tasks to be accomplished for the day and work with guest feedback to improve services and meal experience.
NB: In working with Volta Serene Hotel, our efforts as team members have raised the hotel to a substantial level in Ghana and beyond. This is however evident in the numerous awards the hotel has received over a short period of time since its inception.

GRATITUDE PROJECT- PROJECT CHAIRMAN
The chairman for a group of young volunteers devoted in helping the less privileged within the community through education, health awareness and screenings, fostering agronomic practices, and above all donations in cash and kind. This volunteer group is my personal initiative and we are blessed to have a team who believes in the concept to extend alms.
The Gratitude Project GH since its inception in 2018 has executed two major projects in the Ho municipality.

Run and operate a mobile cocktails and mixology bar in and around Ho called GRATITUDE BAR. Work with a team of three young adults as my team. We do cocktails, drink service and beverage consumption at outdoor events, funerals, parties and many more.
