Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinated and managed daily activities for two divisions Production & Maintenance (for injection, molds, printing, assembly, packaging and sterilization machines), including direct reports from production engineers and maintenance manager.

Plan, organize and Control the operations of the maintenance and production department within company policies and procedures.

Plans and directs to meet KPIs “key performance indication” set of the operations.

Manage production planning, to ensure deliveries are according to the agreed schedule.

Handling and managing projects in spite of huge technical problems occurred during projects installation and commissioning.

Using ERP “Enterprise Rescore Planning” system for monitoring daily maintenance, production and finished products activities and inventories.

Dealing with subcontractors regarding the Maintenance and contracts such as compressor Air, Chillers and AHU units, CCTV and firefighting system.

Develop and implement process improvement projects to enhance productivity, energy efficiency, product quality and environmental performance.

Initiate Lean manufacturing compliant practices & procedures.

Ensure optimum level of stocks and maximum utilization of resources (men, machines and materials).

Develop, implement and maintain Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles & responsibilities.

Coordinate with account department and contractors, to ensure that project cost phasing is kept up to date in line with current forecasts.

Prepare the Integrated Planning / Scheduling contribution to the Monthly Project Report and specific reports / presentations.

Charge in the Expansion No. II, III, IV and V of Abu Dhabi Medical Devices for installation, commissioning and reviewing the following:

1-Building Design for Production floors.

2-Machines design and specifications.

3-Prepares scope of work for all mechanical maintenance contracts.

4-Reviews and comments on the mechanical aspects of all engineering projects

5-Compressor, water pumps, chillers, gas tanks, incinerator, firefighting system.

6-Charge for FAT & SAT.

7-Participates in the installation, commissioning and start up and handover activities for the above equipments.

8-Ensures all activities are carried out in a safe, timely, efficient and cost effective manner to meet the targets.
