• Prepare basic financial reporting aspects as instructed by the Branch Director.

• Support the administrative and operational systems put in place by the Branch Director in order to maintain the operations of the physical properties and equipment of the Club, including the use of facilities by outside groups.

• Assists in overseeing proper record keeping and reporting including activities and events conducted, breakdowns of daily participation figures, notable achievements and any problems/issues. Partnership Development

• Assist in the development of partnerships with parents, schools, community leaders and organizations.

Marketing and Public Relations

• Creates monthly newsletters to be given to parent and key members of the community. RELATIONSHIPS:

• Internal: Maintains daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisors to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain or interpret guidelines/instructions; instruct, and advise/counsel.

• External: Maintains a positive relationship with schools, members’ parents and others to assist in resolving problems and to promote a positive image for the Club. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists in the completion of all necessary employee paperwork.

• Reports directly to Contigo Ranch General Manager in regards to employee performance reviews and any disciplinary actions that need to be addressed with staff.

• Attends and assist in conducting staff meetings.

• Assists with maintaining par levels on all supplies required by housekeeping, office needs, and kitchen needs.

• Adheres to all company procedures and regulations as well as standard operating procedures.

• Performs functions of the General Manager in their absence. Events

• Oversees event functions from set-up to final walk-through post vendor departure.
