I am pleased to say that I have excellent academic performance within this program which reflects in my cumulative grade point average. My year and a half of Advanced Nurse Practitioner experience consisted of Gastroenterology Specialist, examinations, consultation, assessment, diagnosis, charting, ordering, follow ups, preoperative orders, medication orders, clinical follow ups, ect My seven years of registered nursing experience includes intensive care unit, home health, post-op surgery, psychiatric nursing and family practice clinical experience. I have been very blessed to be able to raise my three young boys and study for boards the last few years, and had time to acclimate my boys after a difficult situation. I feel that my commitment to higher learning and compassion for the patient and family would make me an excellent asset to your organization.

Desired Job Description

I am actively seeking a position as an advanced practice registered nurse in a setting that enhances my current skills and education as a health care professional. I hope to work with a group of health care professionals that share my desire for compassion-driven holistic health care to the patient as well as the family. I also hope to work with a group of health care professionals that respect and recognize the importance of the role of the advanced practice registered nurse. I plan to emphasize health maintenance activities and modifiable risk factors which allow patients to become active participants in their plan of care in my practice. I will practice medicine responsibly and prudently using safe and effective treatment modalities and/or therapies in a setting that promotes this type of patient care. In summary, I hope to achieve my professional goals in a setting which promotes the continued development and excellence of patient care.
