Handling HR activities, maintaining and updating database of employees

Issue passport to all employees for their leave and other activities and follow up for collecting.

Preparing of docs and other requirements as received from technical team and coordination with tech team for any data entry requirement by them.

Handling of petty cash in the absence of Senior Accountant. As PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR

Procuring of all items for Tank construction and PPEs.

Collecting requisition list from Technical team and mailing to the suppliers for quotations.

Obtaining quotations and making comparison list for the quotes received from all the parties and negotiate with the parties.

Pass the comparison list to technical team for approval.

Placing of Purchase orders to the parties and coordinating with Accounts for payment process.

Following up with suppliers regarding the delivery of ordered materials and assure that all materials reach site on time without any delay in delivery.

If import order, coordinate with the parties for the clearing docs of the items and pass to the clearing agent and coordinate with them for the delivery of items in site after clearance. Submit the required docs to accounts for release of payments for PO’s as per the schedule mentioned.

Maintaining proper files for procurement and reporting to Finance Manager.

Prepare and maintain proper summary files and make monthly report for all procurements.

Coordinating with shipping agents regarding the arrival of ship.

Appointing of surveyors to attend the ships for survey.

Coordinate for the collection of reports from the labs after the survey.

Preparing of product quality and quantity report after the survey and mail to the concerned parties.
