1. Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd (From Jan 2015 to May 2020 as AVP (Finance) heading multiple functions

Sterling Holiday is a part of Canada based Fairfax group and Subsidiary of Thomas Cook India.

Corporate Taxation: Planning and management of all Direct taxes & Indirect taxes related matters like Income tax, Wealth tax, GST, Service tax, VAT, Luxury tax across country. Handling Assessments with tax authorities, Handling appeal and Litigation with Tribunal and High court level. Handled change management and tax planning for Goods & Service tax (GST) regime.

Accounts payable: Responsible for Accounts payable throughout the country. This include fund planning, handling vendor and employee payments, Vendor accounts reconciliation, maintaining proper internal control, maintaining relation with banks, Handling Statutory and Internal Audits.

Treasury management: Fund planning and Fund raising to ensure availability of required fund for both working capital and capex at minimum cost, maintaining relation with banks, Securitization of assets, Investment management and negotiating with banks for best rates & Forex management.

2. Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Ltd (From July 2009 till Dec 2014 as Corporate Manager (Finance)

Mahindra Holidays is a part of one of India’s foremost conglomerate Mahindra group.

Accounts Finalization and Audit: Finalizing periodical Accounts, Coordinating with Auditors, Review of General Ledger, Maintaining and review of financial controls.

Capitalizations of Assets: Was part of cross functional team which finalized Capitalization of 4*500 MW units and helped corporate commercial in filing tariff petition with CERC.

Project Budget: Preparation and monitoring of Project Budget after working closely with various departments and coordinating with Corporate Budget in finalization of budget. Preparation of periodical MIS reports and analyzing progress and doing variance analysis.
