Gained shadowing experience at NMMU Madibaz Football Club and was responsible for assistance with training set-up, monitoring and evaluation of training performances of the Varsity Cup Squad 2015 as well as observation of training matches and competitive matches for the Local Football Association

Gained shadowing experience at Salomie S Pieterse Physiotherapist, I had the opportunity to observe and assisted with patient treatments at Private Clinic – Cuyler Netcare and Physiotherapy rooms.
Gained working experience at the Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber and was responsible for updating their member database by calling 508 members.
During my time at the Chamber I also gained experience on the switchboard and reception.

Internship for six months at United Through Sport in Port Elizabeth as a volunteer coach, coaching hockey, rugby, cricket, basketball and soccer, following my own and other volunteers coaching programs for these six months. I was also responsible for the transport of the scholars.
United Through Sport is focussed on working with children from disadvantaged backgrounds using the power of sport to improve education, raise health awareness and build life-skills.
Their flagship programme is in South Africa and also support local partners or satellite programmes in South America, the Caribbean and Asia.
Working at Virgin Active South Africa in Port Elizabeth as a Fitness Instructor, conducting fitness classes and helping members in the club with their training programs (2019-current).
