Job description and responsibilities:

The LMS administrator is responsible for the following:

To ensure that all employees for the 32 sites that the company has, are enrolled onto enrolled on the learner management system (LMS).

The LMS administrator will assist all staff with any IT support needed/challenges associated with Moodle throughout the brands of the company in South Africa.

Prepared content, assessments, certificates, videos and course feedback to be upload when ready, (instructional design)

Monitor the moodle short learning programmes (SLP) by sending updated figures to the various departments and the company brands when required.

Monitor the short learning programmes by assisting the learners on our branches if they were having trouble with uploading the due assessment.

Preserve an updated database of employees on site and constantly update the database.

Send out alerts to employees on the campuses for all company brands when a new SLP is online.

Monitor the online training, and monitor the Learner Management System.

Log and prioritize system and user support calls for the team

Ensure that all staff throughout the company brands are registered onto the LMS.

Provide technical support. Assist staff with LMS challenges

Train and supervise staff on the LMS.

Alert staff when new SLPs are available on the learner management system.

Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email and face to face.
