In charge for Quality Assurance department(process & dispatch) & Routine, Type testing laboratories of Transformers

Handling domestic as well as overseas customer inspections(FAT)

Conducting and Organizing routine, type & special test to POWER & DISTRIBUTION transformers (oil filled & cast resin) as per standards.

Coordinate with customers for factory acceptance tests (FAT), pre-commissioning tests and resolution of customer complaints

Analyzing the failure by coordinating with Designs/Production/Quality depts. and giving suggestions to take corrective & preventive actions.

Quality checks in process and before dispatch the transformers.

Giving feedback to Engineering dept. About proto type jobs results and routine test results, declaration of impedance, losses values to Logistics dept.

Preparation and circulation of MIS reports like daily test report, weekly & monthly failure reports/analysis, Corrective & Preventive actions, etc

Ensuring Safety of personnel and testing equipments during testing of transformers.

Work allotment to workers/Diploma Trainees based on testing schedule.

In-Process inspection and calibration of instruments in-house/External.

Conducting and reporting of proto type Evaluation.

Investigate & Analysis of quality issues of products and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

Verification of work closing reports & entering the data in in ERP system (ERP LN6).

Reporting on type tests and special tests requirements units.

Review of all routine test certificates on daily basis.

Monthly circulation of call for calibration and updating of calibration records.

Reporting of testing failure analysis and investigation.
