Frequently checking the Conditions of Desktop and Other IT Related Peripherals and make sure its works fine.

Act as a main person to troubleshoot the systems to resolve the issues whenever required.

Printer controls such as giving sharing status to required users, changing toners & troubleshoot the issues whenever necessary.

Tagging the Desktops, Monitors, Keyboards, Mouses, etc. and maintaining the records of Expiry date of Such Products.

Handling invoice & backup the documents of IT related peripherals which are purchased from Vendors.

Montioring the Anti-Virus status of desktops in the administration.

Act as a main resource to monitor the desktop based applications from any kind of Malwares.

Manages, changes and purchases the product keys of MS Office and other company related applications.

Managing the Group E-Mails and distributing the mails to users who are on field.

Accessing, sorting and arranging the confidential hard & soft copy of files on up to date.

Providing /restricting the Internet access to end users based upon dependency.

TCP/IP Configuration, Internet Maintenance

Responding and giving support to any kind of requirement related queries of clients and vendors through E-Mail & on Call.
