Maintaining and reviewing stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective action.

After COD of Unit, charge taken of Plant In-charge O&M. During tenure; manage O&M service function/activities of the plant including adopting O&M best practices for safe, smooth, trouble free and efficient operation of plant.
