Other skills include videonasoendoscopy, deep suction and assessment and use of the passy -muir speaking valve for tracheostomized/ventilator dependent patients. Provided assessment and treatment of pediatric patients in the pediatric intensive care unit, neonatal intensive care unit, oncology unit and general wards with communication and swallowing difficulties. Assessed and treated children in an acute care hospital setting with speech, language and swallowing disorders. Provided assessment and treatment for the "Under the Rainbow" program which treated physically and sexually abused children, assessed and treated infants in the neonatal intensive care unit with swallowiiig/feeding problems as well as craniofacial anomalies, and provided speech/language/swallowing services on the pediatric wards.
