TECHNICAL SKILLS

MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain a log of Electrical Meters, UPS and TG & DG readings.

Maintenance of 33KV/11KV Switch yard H.T and L.T panels.

Taking care of Power failures.

Ensure all Main Lightning DP panels are functions.

Trouble shooting of Intercom problems.

Taking care of UPS and its maintenance.

Daily check Capacitor Bank and Maintain PF “between” 0.90 to 0.95.

Routine Checking of DG sets and it’s Maintenance.

Ensure adequate Diesel in the fuel tank of the DG set at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES (In Universal)

Mounting of components to back panels and enclosures.

Routing and bundling of wire and cables neatly to meet wiring standards.

DOL stators, star-delta stators, forward-reverse starters, electrical interlocking.

Point to point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, Terminals.

Troubleshoot panels as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions.

Good understanding the electrical specification, wiring, and circuit diagrams.

Communicates effectively with team members.

The ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Perform other duties as assigned or as needed.

Install meters, instruments, relays, and protection equipment’s.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

To check the entire work as according to approved drawings with all safety measures.

To co-ordinate with Electrical Contractor for Electrification, Execution, Erection & Commissioning.

Preparing word, Excel Documents, Data work sheets and PPTs using MS-Office.
