Engineering Skills :

Static Equipment Design: Cooperate with the static equipment designers team, to produce project deliverables, conduct technical evaluation, review vendor documentation and assist in general project activities relevant to static equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks,….) for chemical plants.

Mechanical Design Details: The professional areas of work includes FEED, design Conceptual Studies, Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering/Design and analysis of pressure vessels ( Tall process columns, Tower, Reactors, Heavy thick vessels, Cladded & HIC vessels, Steam Drums, Separator, Filters Package) based on ASME Boiler & Pressure vessel Code and mechanical design of Heat Exchangers, Storage Tank etc

Piping Design Details: Preparing piping layout, piping flow diagrams. Preparation of General Arrangement drawings of Auto cad software as well as Plant Design Management Systems.

Engineering Documents: Design Basis & Philosophy, Mechanical Detailing drawings, with in Prepare for BOM. Block diagrams for Vessel Section Detailing, Study & Reports, Project Specification, Datasheets for all Mechanical equipments.

Other Technical Skills : Vendor Drawing Review, Technical Liaison with Vendors, Interaction with Clients & Contractors, Coordination with other disciplines, Interdisciplinary review, Support to Procurement team/Technical Bid Evaluation(TBE), floating of inquiries, FRR Preparation & Support to Construction team & attending Site Engineering Request (SER) & Revising Engineering deliverables in accordance with site engineering request.
