Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection:

Overall responsible for time bound internal recruitment of Operational staff at every levels across the organization.

Taking HR round of Interview.

Coordinating with department heads for closure of requirements.

Joining and Induction:

Preparing and issuing offer, appointment and other letters.

Streamlining the induction process for all entrants.
