Job Description

The Store Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the Store. He/she hires, trains, manages, and oversees the store staff to ensure members receive the highest level of customer service possible.

Job Profile:

1) Handled the operations like Coffee sale, Training etc..

2) Looking after Banking and day to day issues.

3) Merchandise sale,.billing issues & resolving customer complain .

4) I have handle ten staff under my supervision.

5) I check all reports as daily basis such as GRN, Dump & Damage, Stock, Footfall Tracker, Sales Report, Profit& loss.

6) I take briefing in Daily Basis with the staff to promote our company product.

7) I take personal involvement in achieving monthly targets given by the company.

8) I prepare FIFO (first in first out) chart & LIFO (last in first out) chart to maintain stock product.

9) I manage vendors and inventory.

10)Responsible for keeping Store area neat & clean.

11)Develops & Implements café policies & procedure.
