As an external consultant for HAYS Canada, assigned to Intact insurance project, I acted as the liaison between the marketing team and the Neolane team activities. My role was to provide the necessary support to the business to help launch their different communication programs for 3000 000+ subscribers.

At the beginning of my term, I found two teams working in silos. I worked with the project administrator to implement a better way for the marketing and the tech team to work together.

My day to day tasks was to manage the deployment of email campaigns and integrate the email template from PSD to HTML. I also built some technical and campaign workflows as well, and edited data schema and personalisation blocs, AB testing workflow and reporting.

My achievement was to convince the marketing team to start producing a guideline to support all our communications (Coverage, Newsletter, Claims, adhoc). After they saw the added value, with the sample I built, the executives assigned a budget to my team to start producing the communication guidelines.

I also built an AB testing workflow from scratches, for testing two differents subject lines for the fall 2017 newsletter.

I managed the production of SAQ email campaign, deployment and reporting.

That project was the most interesting ever because, I attended the development team for the campaign workflow automation processes (content matrix import, content tiles, customized products tiles matrix import) by QA and writing some script in the data schema and personalisation blocs.

My best achievement was to design with a senior developer the customized product import workflow for the weekly newsletter. I brought the idea and designing the workflow, the developer was supporting me by correcting my script and offering me guidance through adobe campaign.
