ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Account Management:

Targets top 75-100 On-Premise key accounts and drives distribution and usage of select Banfi \ Excelsior \ Fetzer brands.

Develops direct relationships with those key accounts.

Looks for opportunities to expand Banfi \ Excelsior \ Fetzer brand visibility via menu lists, and special events within the assigned account list /market.

Develops programs for assigned key accounts to achieve brand presence via menu listing, and increased profitable growth.

Follows-up to ensure activations are executed as planned.

General reporting of account opportunities, and programs

Education is a focus of our brands to the accounts and consumers where applicable to gain awareness.

Use information to aid sell in.

Coordinate with local Banfi \ Excelsior \ Fetzer Management and Distributor management as needed to ensure maximum efficiency (eliminate redundancy)

Conducts wait staff training and develops incentive programs on a regular basis to insure that all brands are on the forefront of the staff’s mind within targeted establishments.

Brand Building:

Provides input to the National On-Premise Management team to support planning and development of the tactical budgets for the upcoming year.

Offer and schedule tasting events, menu creation in assigned key accounts.

Monitor and report competitive supplier or other volume increasing activity in assigned key accounts as a means to improve future Banfi \ Excelsior \ Fetzer brand promotion/strategy in On-Premise channel and key accounts.

Work within guidelines defined by Banfi \ Excelsior \ Fetzer PR team to increase brand awareness through social media and social networking sites.

Distributor Management:

Coordinate the execution of orders and agreed to programs in assigned key accounts following the blueprint developed by Banfi \ Excelsior\Fetzer Field Sales management and in conjunction with distributor sales teams, with Distributor On-Premise teams and Banfi \ Excelsior \ Fetzer Field Sales Management

Work with key On-Premise sales people from distributor network to drive distribution, awareness and trial for priority brands in assigned key accounts (coordinated with local Banfi \ Excelsior \Fetzer Field sales team).

Conduct periodic meetings with key distributor On-Premise sales teams to educate and inform about Banfi \ Excelsior \ Fetzer programs and initiatives
