My name is Sandra L. Levine. I am a Registered Certified Physician Assistant in the state of

New York. I have been practicing medicine since 2007. I have also practiced for a brief time in

Maryland. My skill set includes Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Pediatrics, In Home

Assessments,Pain Management and Surgery.

At this time I am looking for the opportunity to practice in a new environment as I advance my

career in additional fields of medicine. Specialites including but not limited to ENT, Dermatology

and Urology as well as Emergency Medicine, Telemedicine and Urgent Care. My desire is to

obtain further experience which will allow me the ability to enhance and evolve my skill sets.

Future additional knowledge and experience will further improve my capabilities in helping to

care for my patients.

I began as a Surgical Physician Assistant for roughly one year after which time I began working

in the Emergency Room both full-time and per diem. I have worked in Pediatrics for two years in

addition to my Pediatric ER experience. I was formerly employed by Urban Health Plan which

helped service the underserved Hispanic and Asthmatic community in the Bronx.

I have performed in pain management for a brief time while employed at Metropolitan Hospital

Center in the Emergency Room. Pain management was also a per diem position. I provided

hospitalist services per diem at St Vincent's located on the lower East Side in New York City

briefly before it’s closure. While working per diem I also performed in home assessments for

physical evaluations and appropriate referral for primary care vs emergency evaluation and

management. Throughout my career I have consistently been working in high volume high

acuity Emergency Medicine and in the last three years I have added high volume Urgent Care

Experience.

I am willing to relocate to the right position for the future duration of my career
