Overall Job Profile:-

As QA/QC Civil

1. Executed the construction of various structures according to the prescribed schedule and plan by following the various Standards.

2. Setting up the site laboratory according to the standards and as per the site requirements. 3. Implementing the QA/QC system at site & maintaining the same through continuous monitoring. 4. Preparing & modifying the Field Quality Plan & Quality Assurance Plan for further activities at the site. 5. Inspecting & conducting the physical test of Cement, Aggregates, Admixture, Soil and Concrete as per the related standards & approved FQP for ensuring the quality of the raw materials. 6. Finalizing & preparing the inspection checklist for ensuring the quality of the site activities. 2 P a g e

7. Certifying & preparing all the material test reports, also safekeeping the same for future reference. 8. Finalizing the concrete design mix for the various grades of concrete by conducting the trials before implementing the same at the site.

9. Monitoring the site activities regularly for improving the site quality [Such as inspecting the Material stacking, Position of the rebar during fixing, Formworks, Waterproofing, Backfilling, Anticorrosive coating, Density of the backfilled material, Placing of HDPE membranes, Position of the anchor bolts & pockets, etc.]

10. Issuing the Non-Conformance Report, Quality Open points, Corrective Action Report, etc. [Whenever required]

11. Certifying the monthly bills of the sub-contractor by inspecting all the QA/QC related documents & safekeeping all those documents for further reference. 12. Preparing the weekly & Monthly QC reports and submitting to the owner for tracking the site quality in a proper way.

13. Conducting the training programs at the site for improving the Quality system at site to deliver the best quality to the owner.

14. Trying to resolve the raised issues related to the quality & delivers the structures to the owner within the scheduled time with the best quality.

15. Conducting the QA/QC audit program to maintain and develop a proper Quality system at the site. As Execution Civil

1. Executing and monitoring the various construction activities as per the requirements. 2. Condition Survey of existing structures.

3. Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule of different Structures. 4. Preparation of work done measurements on day to day basis & submission of Daily Progress Report, Weekly progress report to Planning dept.

5. Documentation of Approved drawings, Work done registers, labor records & other documents. 6. Finalization of subcontractor’s monthly bill for final clearance. 7. Preparation of material and machinery requirements for the next day’s work. 8. Planning for the next day’s work duly with the Section In charge. 9. Briefing the next day’s plan to Site Engineer / Supervisors. 10. Monitoring the site works like laying PCC, Reinforcement fixing as per approved BBS, structural general arrangement of formwork, laying RCC in foundations, substructures, superstructures as per the technical specifications.

11. Consulting with the clients and customers for further improvements with a view to complete the project within the stipulated time and prescribed budget.

12. Maintaining perfect coordination with the project management team to freeze the technical parameters and providing technical validation if required for jobs. 13. Following the safety rules and regulations at the site by coordination with the safety personnel. Also trying to increase the safety awareness by arranging the Tool Box Meeting with the workers on a daily basis.
