Advanced Practice Patient Care: Provided consultations for patients with complex, co-morbid, chronic illness. Coordinated and facilitated family meetings for goals of care clarification. Provided meticulous end of life care for hospitalized and hospice patient populations. Provided primary care to a complex patient population (those with multiple comorbidities) residing in long-term care facilities in Tucson in collaboration with attending physicians.
