Our team is located in Gainesville, FL, Alpharetta, GA, Tysons Corner, VA and Winnipeg, Canada. Products my team supports are SaaS, digital advertising, career solutions and print communications. As the Senior, Senior Group Publisher I have full P&L, budgeting and contract renewal for 57.1 million. An average annual growth of 5% has been achieved through adding additional opportunities with the 419 associations. Leadership of both the Senior Group Publishers, Group Publishers, Project Managers and Sales Associates is a large portion of this role and one that I take pride in. With an average tenure of 10yrs it's truly an honor to work for these individuals and work with them to grow their income year over year. The sales associates are 100% commission so territory deployment and leadership are extremely important. Their sales results are what drive the results for our associations and the growth of their non-dues revenue. I collaborate with our team to innovate new products and opportunities for our associations and sales team. An example of this innovation was the ABA Banking Journal micro-site (https://bankingjournal.aba.com/) and implementation of sponsored content and podcast sponsorship. This new product offering increased ABA's non-dues revenue by over 110% year over year. This was an idea brought to our team by a sales associate and has now been implemented across over 20 different associations. Senior Group Publisher
