•Drove operational improvements which resulted in savings and improved profit margins with help of Building management system. Compared RO system and non-RO system and come up with conclusion that RO system has more maintenance and operational cost.

•Different types of Tunnel ventilation systems and HVAC system for underground Hauz Khas metro station consider as world’s most deepest underground metro station at 29 meter .

•Updated refrigeration systems, modifying HVAC components and refurbishing chiller plants and panels.

ACADEMIC PROJECTS

1)Pneumatic sheet metal cutting machine.

-Aim to develop Automated sheet metal cutting machine to reduce Fatal accidents during leg(manual operated machine.

- Utilisation of Centrifugal Compressor with Maximum pressure of 125 Psi to Run Double acting pneumatic cylinder of Diameter 48 cm and stroke length of 105 cm.

- Automatically discharge operated with 2/5 Solenoid Valve by pulse mechanism.

- Successfully can cut Zinc and Aluminum 11001 Grade sheets until 23 Gauge .

2) Wavenet Enchantment

-Purpose to reduce noise from voice recognition devices for less Noisy and precise Outcomes .

- With help of frequency modulators came up with conclusion that 2.4db of noisy in 2 min continuously speech.

- Worked on Audacity with sound samples and resulted loss of noise to 1.6db noise .

3) Strike Motors

-Worked with Passout seniors on solar e-Rickshaw.

- Worked on Pre Designing phase that is Documenting all necessary certifications Needed to get patent.

- Gone through FAME India initiative and ICAT for exploring field of solar vehicles in India.

4) Development of Deployable Structures for composites.

-Verify the robustness of VBO manufacturing process for composite origami structure.

- Construct lightweight,deployable, yet stiff structure made from composites origami.

- Used Vacuum Bagging method for producing Cheap Composites.

- Result in development of composites similar to Tachi-Miura Polyhedron.
