ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generating reports, Accruals, Dash Board/ Gap Analysis & BFN.

Purchase order creation on monthly basis of all vendors to deliver the materials & services.

Sharing accruals report with Finance team on monthly basis to get the view on payable amounts to vendors.

Validating the Invoices as per the MIS & MRT, Quantity and rates as per PO’s contract agreement & submitting to Finance with required DOA approvals and supporting documents.

Pending Payment follow-ups with finance team on based of BFN of respective sites & update in master BFN regularly.

Procurement of the all facility related material on MRT request, Order placing, Invoicing & Submission (Consumables).

Handling Payment Process PO/ Non PO base thru SAP

MMR Report/MIIR Report & Consumption Report on monthly basis.

Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles

Ensuring company compliance of all transport policies.

Managing, monitoring and developing a team of drivers and line managers

SEZ CLEARANCE PROCESS:

From customs under duty exemption benefit.

Validating site address in the Proforma Invoice shared by supplier (Ex: M/s HP & JQ networks) to ensure there is no delay in clearance of the shipment from customs.

Material is shipped & pre-alert documents (Commercial invoice/ Packing List/ Air waybill) are shared by Freight forwarder to us & the same is forwarded to CHA (Customs Housing Agent) for clearing the goods from customs.

Coordinating with CHA for filing Bill of entry (Goods imported without payment of duties) in SEZ online portal and arranging for approval of Request ID in SEZ Online portal by Authorized Signatory.

Following up with CHA for assessment of BOE by SEZ Authorized Officer till the shipment reached at site.

Coordinating with Authorized Officer for Verification of Imported and ARE -1 shipment received at site.

Application for removal of excisable goods (ARE): Goods supplied by manufacturer with excise duty benefits.

Temporally removal - sending capital goods out of SEZ for repair or replacement purpose.

Maintain all documents as per SEZ compliances like ARE-1, Scrap removal, Temporary Removal Challan; Gate passes for Duty Paid Shipments, Bond Registers for Both Imports and Indigenous, Laptop annexure, Foreign National Visitors Permission letters for SEZ audits.

Preparing permission letter for foreign national visitor in SEZ premises.

Availing permission for conducting hiring events, vendor movement in SEZ premises.

Handling in bound and out bound calls.

Life insurance policy sales on monthly basics

Maintaining records of the calls, FAQ’s and other customer related queries Claim processing

Follow up with customers on complaints.
