DUTIES IN OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

·Ensure a smooth office administration always facilitating all to perform their jobs smoothly and comfortably while maintaining a cordial relationship between the Company regulations and staff

·Managing office facilities such as cleaning, maintenance of office equipment’s, cleaning staff management, periodical replacement of fire safety equipment’s, cleaning and office consumable stock maintenance and tracking etc.

·Managing the Company Asset Management System smoothly under minimum supervision and utilizing Company assets to their fullest value abide by Asset Management regulations(Asset purchase, Asset issue, return, scrapping, sell off, destroy, compensation etc)

·Overall department staff supervision and guiding them to achieve Company goals while taking the leadership

·PO/OEF Preparation and processing and outstanding clearances

·Company meeting /Event Management and coordination

·Office and related expense management(Office utilities, Office rentals, Dorm rentals etc) and solving long term pending issues while maintaining a good relationship between suppliers and the Company

·Staff Dormitory Management-Arrival, Departures, facilities etc

·Hotel booking for business visit staff

·Company Visa document handling-Residents visa, Travel visa

·Handling day to day correspondence, emails, EHS documents and all other secretarial related duties to keep up with the smooth operation of the company

·Handling reception-Answering telephone calls, greeting and helping visitors with their requirements

DUTIES IN HOSPITALITY FIELD

·Provided upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay

·Ensure always clients are properly greeted upon their arrival and Coordinate with bell staff for luggage collection and storage

·Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in as well as special amenities arrangement

·Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions

·Promptly address guests’ requests, like in-room dining

·Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services

·Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns

·Inform clients of our hotel services, including breakfast and dining options and also Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered

·Manage guest relations team (including Receptionists and Concierges) to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures

·Appraise team’s performance and produce regular reports

·Liaise with Housekeepers and Wait Staff to provide an overall comfortable guest experience

·Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress

·Collect Guest feedback during guest departure as well as from hotel guest book and online views along with their likes and dislikes and Analyze them to improve things

·Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-seen

·Establish friendly relationships with regular hotel clients and arranging repeaters dinner party

·Cocktails, special events such as guest weddings, birthday parties arrangement and coordination
