Onboarding:

Providing first level support to HRBP in end to end HR services including operational/generalist HR matters.

Collecting and updating the documents of new hires and checking for pendency.

Providing robust support to the business with accurate and timely data inputting and management, reflecting Joining, Transfers, Payroll related

Coordinating with the Bank for account opening of the employees and assisting the employees for the account opening process.

Handling Leave and Attendance of the employees

Calculating the Loss of Pay of Pan India Employees.

Providing the Leave Input of various Departments to the HOD.

Assisting the Employees and HRBPs with the LOP Queries.

Calculating the Actuarial Valuation of the employees on Quarterly basis. Exit Process:

Calculating the Leaves till LWD for final Calculation of F&F.

Excess leaves taken by the employee is checked and deducted in F&F Settlement. HR Compliance:

Issuing Unauthorized Absence Letter to Employees who haven’t reported to work for more than 7 Days with Manager Consent.

Issuing Termination Letters to employees if UAL has not be responded.

Issuing Termination Letters to the employees who have absconded or not served the Notice Period as per company norms.
