Job Responsibilities:
Taking care of pre and post joining formalities,issuing offer letters,appointment, confirmation, transfer and promotion letters and ID cards.
Responsible for conducting induction and orientation program for new joiners. Managing and renewing personnel records with details of joining certification and work experience. Co-ordination for opening bank accounts of new joiners. Managing Leaves & Attendance through the aid of Success factor (SF). Managing payroll processing function involving computation of wages, developing and maintaining documentation & control for all payroll related activities and procedures on SAP. Keeping the employee payroll interface updated.
Serve as the main contact for all payroll related issues ; communicate and offer secure payroll solutions to the employees.
Handling the payroll policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely preparation with statutory and compliance obligations.
Co-ordinate with various department to obtain timely new joinee, resignee, status changes information every month, check for discrepancies & ensure timely preparatin and disbursement of salary to the employees. Preparing Bank Transfer Report(Salary upload format). Generating reports for the process and issuance of challans and payment of statutory dues including TDS, Prof. Tax, Provident fund, ESIC etc.
Maintaing statutory compliance records,attendance,leaves, associate database and personnel files of all employees.
Prepare reimbursement working i.e, LTA for the year and make payment as per eligibility. Preparing monthly reports as required by the Accounts Department such as LTA Provision, Bonus Provision, NPS & Superannuation Provision Reports.
Drafting letters concerning absconding,warning and termination and for all other employee-related correspondence.
Coordinating in implementation of annual increments,incentive as well as drafting and distribution of increment letters.
Ensuring timely resolution of employees' grievances and maintaining cordial employee relations. Organizing Various employee engagement activities such as birthday celebrations, festival functions,events,town hall and other awareness programs. Career Objective

Providing the employees covered under ESIC Act with the Medical Acceptance Card.

Preparing annual bonus payout, LTA, leave encashment & arrears.
Helping the team in designing the compensation structure of the new joiners.
Timely processing of promotion & merit increment letters.
Maintaining employee attendance in the time office.
