3)CHP(Coal Handling Plant): Instruments for protection of Belt Conveyors (Pull chord/Zero Speed Switches/Belt Sway Switches).Belt Weigher, Metal detectors.

4)DM/ETP: Rota meters; Flow meter; Level switches; PLC-AB-1200.

5)DCS (Distributed Control System): Honeywell EPKS-311.2-12.5 version. FTA (Field Terminal Assembly); Files; IO links; Controller; Firewall, switch (LAN); Stations (Flex, Console); LVS.

Logic testing / Trial run and execution:

1) Involve in erection and commissioning of DCS systems.

2) Complete loop testing from DCS to Field instruments / MCC and drives.

Finally, logic sequence testing with interlocks from DCS by simulating the conditions from field instruments and switches for each equipment.

3) Taking trial runs of equipment’s with the co-ordination with other related departments and Contractors as per given schedule in BTG, BOP, AHP and CHP area.

4) Troubleshooting and logic modifications of various equipment’s like Fans, pumps, Motorized valve, control valve, RPC & transmitters.

6)SAP: Preventive Maintenance module implemented through SAP.

7)BOP (Balance of Plant): CT fans (Lube oil, Vibration Switches), ACW (Auxiliary Cooling Water)/CCW (Condensate Cooling Water) Pumps; Transmitters; Gauges.

8)Fire Fighting System: LHS cable; Pressure Switches; SOV’s, DI/DO module. Hydrant/Diesel /Jockey pump.
