JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Talent Acquisition & Joining Process
Responsible for all the HR activities related to the direct and the indirect staff for corporate and plant.
Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing departments.
Executing the entire gamut of task in recruitment encompassing sourcing, screening, selection and appointment, etc.
Carrying out induction / orientation program to the new recruits
Maintain healthy occupancy rate as suggested by the management for on-roll and off-roll employees and track occupancy levels month on month.
Support Target and incentive rollout for all sales team members including ensuring awareness, appreciation and alignment by sales team on the same for the branch. .
Ensure & facilitate sales processes like monthly scheduling of meetings facilitating the communication flow & alignment of the entire system from HO to the field as well as providing a channel of feedback from people to the organization.
Directly reporting to the chairman and handled all the work which is assigned by him also manage his travel plans & meetings.
Maintain the work Structure by updating job requirements and Job Description for all positions.
Adhering to the Documentation Checklist by mentioning about the importance of documents to the candidates and cross checking documents as per the documentation checklist at the time of Joining.
HR Partnering and Operations:-
Managing day to day employee queries.
Ensure full & final settlements including statutory obligations are fulfilled for the both direct and indirect employees of corporate and plant.
Managing the attrition of the team and ensuring the exit tracking and process implementation.
Making and finalizing Monthly Payroll Processing.
Overseeing all statutory compliances such as EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
Internal communication: Joining, Confirmation, Promotion and Birthday mails.
Coordinate with the management for new office/Branch Setup.
Training and Development:
Facilitating in Identifying training needs for the branch & in executing training calendar for the entire sales team through internal and external resources
Engagement interventions with the team to improvise on their productivity and effectiveness for direct & indirect employees.
Prepare and follow up on the career progression plan and development of the same.
Employee Relations:
Responsible for employees issues of Group Insurance policy, Leaves Management System.
Coordinating Training Programs of all new employees and participation in the Induction/New Employee Orientation from an HR perspective to explain various policies, employee benefits, growth path etc.
Employee Engagement:
Correct Analysis of employees Grievances & motivating them.
Conducting and initiating team and morale building exercises by organizing events and outings.
