Job Purpose:-

To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, completion of R.C.C, interior and finishing projects assigned in consistency with company Commitments to deliver high quality work to customers Job Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Managing Project activities

• Co-ordination with intra- department for the easy & timely completion of the project

• Co-ordination with consultants, contractors on site

• Define project scope to staff, goals and deliverables that support to achieve our target

• Material Inspection & Compliance to Quality Requirements

• Ensuring timely placement of orders

• Prepare activity wise project execution schedule

• Periodically review the actual progress with schedule Key Competencies

i. Darvesh Horizon: This project is headed by me with the support of my teammates, which has a residential & commercial project which covers a plot area of 2.5 acres of land (approx), in which there is 1 basement, 3podiums, 370 flats, 16 offices & a huge commercial of 50,000 Sq.ft. Also it includes MMRDA building with 414 flats & 04 shops. This is based on 1:4 FSI. Total BUA of this project is 7.00 lakh Sq.ft. Currently we have completed 60% RCC of typical floors & finishing of commercial area

Also actively participate in the liaisoning work of MBMC (Mira Bhayander Mahanagar Corporation) & MMRDA

ii. Ekta Invictus & Ekta Oculus: This site was just started, at that time demolition of old structure was going on. It’s a high rise residential building of 07 podium & 25 floors iii. Ekta Elite: The project was independently handled by me that include total responsibilities of finishing work arranging various contractors & executing the work within stipulated time which also includes coordination with consultants & architect iv. Ekta Supreem Corporation Lillou Ville: The project was independently handled by me that include total responsibilities of finishing work arranging various contractors & executing the work within stipulated time which also includes consulting with consultants & architect. Dealing with customers & their architects for their changes in flat v. Ekta Exotique & Emeralds Height: The project was executed by me right from footing to possession which includes RCC & finishing work. Study of various drawings i.e. consultants drawings, architects drawings & BMC drawings. Proper planning & execution of actual work vi. Lake Homes: In this project I have executed footing & RCC of two buildings simultaneously vii. Ekta Bhoomi Garden: Execution of plumbing, plastering, tiling & complete finishing viii.
