Oversee the HR function and support the operations of 75 locations and 2 DCs up to 8000 team members and 4 billion in sales.

HR Consulting- Serve as a partner to the Field organization from hourly to SVP levels, establishing HR business objectives that align with the overall company plans and goals.
Team Member Relations-Deploy preemptive positive Team Member relation tactics to include, competitive pay practices, and fair and consistent implementation of all company policies, procedures and programs. Insure all appropriate Team Member relations programs are executed in the field to support the influencing, managing, and resolving complex employee relations issues. Work closely with HRBPs and field management teams to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Minimize third party intervention by ensuring fair and consistent administration of all company policies, procedures and programs in the Clubs
Conflict Resolution-Assist in guiding HRBPS through investigation of Team Member conflict, work place violence, wage and hour, sexual harassment, harassment and discrimination complaints as well as any complaints filed with Federal, State and Local agencies. Collaborate with Legal Counsel to insure best outcome and resolution.
Coaching and Development-Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, counseling, career development, succession planning, and corrective action) to Field Executives and HRBPs. Work with HO business partners and Zone VPs to support, select and develop club leadership. Selection, development and coaching of the HRBP’s. Collaborate with Operations to support and execute initiatives driven by HO HR divisions. Partner with Operations and identify internal key talent and ensure sufficient resourcing and support of their development.
Compliance–Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policy. Ensure full compliance with Local, State and Federal employment laws regarding solicitation, ADA, record keeping, FMLA, leave time, safety, wage & hour and child labor.
