Responsible for the entire overall operation of the INN@Silicon valley to maintain all activities related to the operations of a property, ensuring the establishment works as smoothly as possible. In charge of supervising the smaller departments or various divisions in the hotel. They can be assigned to the different areas of the hotel, such as food and beverages (service and production), bar, housekeeping, HR and Front office among others. Roles and Responsibilities:

Front End Office Responsibilities:

Administer all food and beverage facilities and ensure optimal cleanliness and safety procedures in efficient working.

Maintain an inventory for all food and bi monthly liquor.

Perform regular investigation concessions and bars to standardize sanitation and janitorial services plus direct closing of bars in time.

Manages dining rooms, lounges, Halfway House, Beverage Cart, Catering and Cabana bars to ensure proper room preparation, including set-up of tables, chairs, linens, table settings, glassware, etc.

Guests and co-workers in order to ensure satisfaction and/or implement service improvement ideas, developing new concepts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Maximizes food and beverage sales by identifying and targeting sales opportunities through marketing including promotions and special events and by training staff on “upselling.”

HR Responsibilities:
