Conducted routine audits of all prison Medical Health Units and served as the Quality Management Coordinator,
Served as HIV Clinical Coordinator for an inmate population of 558 inmates. Responsible for the coordination of inmate counseling, daily dorm rounds, coordinating care with Infectious Disease Specialists, discharge planning of HIV inmates, disease management training to the HIV inmates, and training of staff in issues related to the HIV disease and developed strategies to facilitate treatment of HIV inmates within a correctional environment and post release from prison.
