o Global Insurance Firm – Led a Cost Rationalization, Risk Remediation, and Performance Improvement initiative with multiple target scenarios that unlocked value of $35M from rationalization, consolidation, virtualization of previously silo IT assets and centralization of IT value and investment management function for their portfolio organizations with an enabling strategy for shared cloud services and alternative multi-channel sourcing options leveraging SaaS models through multi-vendor global delivery network. o Global Banking Client – For the CEO office, Led and managed a strategic Post-Merger Integration and Consolidation program for re-alignment and convergence of internal IT and business application systems from 38 banks acquired through M&A into a central rationalized global IT center with satellite IT operations across the globe with a IT Shared Services and Governance model involving complex platform architectures, highly available IT infrastructure for a consolidated and streamlined IT organization with business continuity and disaster recovery readiness. Delivered this $40M program under budget and enabled CFO office to meet their fiscal and business objectives with a fully integrated and business aligned IT organization.

o Global Retail Bank - As Transformation Program Leader and Chief Blockchain Architect at a leading retail bank, led a cross-border loyalty transformation program from concept to implementation with a team of 65 to create a Blockchain-based loyalty wallet program using Blockchain protocols to offer universal exchangeability through an alternative form of currency, enabling consumers to earn, redeem, and share their reward points like liquid cash. Their traditional loyalty and customer engagement programs faced major challenges, from high fragmentation and operational inefficiencies to concerns with centralization and data ownership. Our Blockchain-based loyalty program reduced 60% of overall infrastructure costs for the bank and made the whole business process far more instantaneous, which is something consumers valued tremendously resulting in increase in customer loyalty and satisfaction. Further, by implementing a Blockchain-based loyalty points program, we validated successfully the reliability, security, and performance of this technology in favor of a large-scale deployment when compared to existing system. With tokenization of the points system we were able to bridge the gap between this customer loyalty system and the cryptocurrency industry through a decentralized loyalty platform and partner developer interface on which every loyalty application can be tokenized. By integrating Blockchain technology, our program benefited from increased data security, lower management costs and the elimination of liabilities associated with unredeemed points. Also delivered increased overall value efficiencies through - low transaction fees, consensus controlled for trusted verifications, zero counterfeiting due to decentralization, no chargebacks, no central point-of-failure due to DLT model, instant transactions, solving traditional challenges like loyalty program fragmentation, account inactivity and consumer concerns over data management and privacy. o Leading PE Group – Led Portfolio Cost Optimization and Capital Efficiency program and Transformation Readiness program managed multi-stream initiatives comprising of Process Optimization, Application Portfolio Rationalization and Virtualization, Network, and Storage, and Data Center Consolidation (DCC) strategies accounting for over $75M of savings over 18 months.

o Global F&B Client – Sold and Led a Sell-Side Divestiture Transaction for a global F&B giant for their Asian subsidiary through key phases across Divestiture Planning, Preparation, Day One readiness to Transition and Optimization, assisting executive management in gaining an accurate view of normalized earnings and working capital both in IT and Operations dimensions, and helped prepare the company for buyer diligence by identifying areas of value leakage. o Large Food Manufacturer – Led all phases of $100M large-scale transformational change program and new operating strategies around Customer Management, Supply Chain, and Go-To-Market processes for one of the largest global food manufacturers. Assessment phase included benchmarking, current state of business-IT alignment and business value of IT, and a supporting business case for boardroom to transform the IT organization into a growth enabler and value focused organization. This effort resulted in 33% reduction in OpEx and enabled 23% bottom line growth with new revenue streams. o Leading Global CPG Client – Led the strategy and execution of technology enabled Business Transformation program which enabled client’s strategic ‘One Company’ initiative by delivering simplification through the clustering of Multi-Country Organizations (MCOs) and streamlining of regional structures with fewer interfaces between categories and operations fostering faster innovation roll-out.
