Work Experience

I’m currently working for GoldenStar Construction, as their Pest Control Technician: delegating services, Arranging extended action plans, and also personally performing pest control services, in employer-owned, multi-family rental properties, throughout the Columbus and Dayton, Ohio area.

The weekly work schedule includes: managing the execution of literally hundreds of service orders;

solidifying teamwork amongst a four man unit;

customer service, strategy, and planning, for effective pest control at 13+ large rental properties.

The responsibility of exceeding quality standards, while also completing such a high volume of service orders here, is especially challenging. However, I’ve particularly excelled in the pest control industry, at both private residences AND rental properties, as well as within hotels, since 2007.

Kroger Great Lakes Distribution Center - Delaware, OH September 2017

Daily using an electric pallet-jack, to arrange, stack, and transport bulk perishable groceries, before delivering to an export dock for distribution to various Kroger store locations. This was a very physical job assignment, with a competitive pay scale, which I am enjoyed for a limited time basis.

Honda Marysville Auto Plant - Delaware, OH September 2016 to 2017

Operating, and feeding, weld-specific robots; also hand-adjusting welds, in the manufacture of Honda automobiles. A physical, fast paced environment, with a fulfillment in seeing the finished product of hard work.

Good Night Medical - Westerville, OH October 2015 to September 2016

I was concerned with meeting mandatory quotas in a given time span; and verifying health insurance benefits, with companies throughout the nation.

I've conducted the supply sales at our home office headquarters, and have contributed to increased overall machine sales by 24%, within a two year period.

I have also participated in revising our companies' advertising goals and functions, effectively reaching a broader and more diverse market.

I have in my possession a permit to operate a forklift, with restricted access.

I have customer service skills in the which I am fully capable of placing outbound calls, to customers, and successfully executing required duties,. I can land leads and get customers to comply with obtaining material that needs to be ordered, in a sophisticated professional, Yet authentic manner.

I assisted the General Manager in overseeing a Best Western Plus location, which is a very large hotel. As well, I became quite familiar with the Best Western regulations, standards, protocols.

My strong work ethic and substantial hotel management experience, is an added asset to this company which will result in your company becoming a smooth running facility; And an increase in profitability is certainly expected.
